The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was very convenient, close to the main attractions and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the area.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and too stiff for my liking. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep because of this.

The location was perfect, as it was very near the city center. The staff provided excellent service and showed great hospitality. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The terrace and patio were lovely additions, and we enjoyed relaxing there. The free toiletries and electric kettle were nice touches. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury. We also appreciated the dining options available.

Heating not working effectively.

Stayed over Xmas and enjoyed the holiday atmosphere in the hotel. Location was convenient for walking around the town. Room was clean and well decorated. Had a mini-fridge in the room for keeping our drinks cold. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find on arrival, and parking can be tricky. Due to high season, there were lots of tourists in the town, making it crowded.

Despite being located in a bustling area, Politia provided a safe and peaceful internal courtyard where my children could play while I enjoyed the nearby nightlife and shopping. The staff was genuinely hospitable, and the rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast offered a variety of options, although I would have preferred a more authentic Greek spread. I highly recommend Politia for a pleasant stay in Ioannina.
